Refund, Return, and Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:

Unavailability of the product.

Incomplete or incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Payment fraud or suspicious transactions.

Orders that violate our terms and conditions.

If we cancel an order, customers will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Return Policy

3.1 Eligibility for Returns

Customers may return items under the following conditions:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (wrong product delivered).

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.

The return request is initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items include:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.).

Personal care and hygiene products.

Undergarments, lingerie, and swimwear.

Customized or personalized products.

Gift cards and downloadable digital items.

3.2 How to Initiate a Return

1. Log in to your account on mydiscount.shop.

2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you want to return.

3. Click on “Request Return” and provide the reason for the return along with images (if applicable).

4. Our team will review the request and approve it if it meets our return criteria.

5. Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a free pickup (if applicable).

6. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier partner.

3.3 Return Shipping & Pickup

If the return is due to a defective/damaged/wrong product, return shipping is free.

If the return is due to any other reason (e.g., change of mind), the customer may have to bear the return shipping cost.

3.4 Refund or Replacement

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.

Replacements will be sent within 7-10 business days, subject to stock availability.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.

Exchanges are allowed for size-related issues (for clothing, footwear, etc.).
